Razer Kraken Ultimate Audio Output Sounding Horrible

So I recently bought a Razer Kraken Ultimate and in settings on the audio tab I have to set the desktop audio to "Speakers (Razer Kraken Ultimate". And when I listen to the game audio in the recording it sounds horrible, help.

It seems to have 3 audio channels, try setting it to stereo.

I have it set to stereo but it still sounds the same. I also tried different video outputs but that didn't help.
