Question / Help Razer Kraken sound problems (solved)

hello!
i'd like to use this program to stream league of legends with my friends but i can't stream/record nothing but my own voice (video is fine)
i think it's my headset problem but i didn't manage to fix it
pls help! thanks.

Either run the 64bit version of OBS, or disable the kraken launcher via msconfig. (windows key + R, type "msconfig", go to "startup", remove anything that says "kraken")
