Question / Help Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma - Audio sounds like under water

Hey guys^^

so I have a Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma and my problem is when I am streaming the sound of my music (spotify, youtube....) or the voices through the teamspeak sound in the stream like it is under water.

I do not know how to fix that and I searched for this problem but never found something.

Try disabling any surround sound options; run everything in stereo/2.1 mode and see if that helps.
