RAZER CAPTURE DEVICE NOT PICKING UP GAMEPLAY AUDIO!!!

hello community,
i am new to streaming and have figured out most of what i need to get started in obs. that being said, I HAVE TRIED FOR 3 DAYS at 6 hours a day to figure out why my razer ripsaw capture card is not picking up gameplay audio in OBS. when i record my session to monitor and edit, all i here is some faint mic chat and that is all. no gameplay at all. i have watched countless videos, and i can not figure out why i cant seem to find the reason why. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!! At this point i am willing to pay someone to help! thank you, please help me

Did you installed the drivers/software from razer for this hardware?
Have you contacted Razer support about the issue?
The sound is heard using other programs?
