Question / Help Rattle like sound coming from recordings

I updated the OBS client today, and it fixed my mic problem, but, it created a new one. Whenever i record, and have sound coming from speakers (audio out/recorded) thers a sound that starts to happen. video below;

It's most likely coming from the mic. How to fix? Not sure yet. OBS has been known to make background noises of mics and such more pronounced, and is something we'll hopefully have solved in future versions

What's weird it it only happens once sound is coming through (ex: if recording and tabbed out to desktop, theres no noise, but once i tab into a game or something, boom. noise
