Question / Help Rate suggestions?

Im having bad lags when streaming with OBS and im kinda noob with this whole streaming thing, so anyone wanna help me to setup my streaming/rates correctly.
Below my netspeed taken today.

Well as far as the rates going,
I wouldmgo for 3000 (works fine for me).

Then the question is what cpu/gpu you got and if you play on pc or console and use a capture card?

If you couldmsay this, or post a log, it will really help

Do you play on console or pc ?
If you play pc I would go for quality 6 and preset veryfast.
If you play on console, i would go for quality 7 and preset fast
Also put the fps on 30 or 40

Find out if this works :)

Your system is strong enough to stream any kind of content at any resolution without a problem . In order to be able to help you properly we need a FULL Log. Also elaborate what you mean by Lag, your INGAME experience feels weird and laggy or do you mean when you watch your VOD's they look stuttery? Also it is not recommended to watch your own stream while streaming.

Speedtest.net is unreliable btw , you should test your speed on http://testmy.net/
