Question / Help RANDOMLY STARTED LAGGING IN CS GO!!!!

So when I first got this computer, I would be able to stream cs go perfectly fine, 120 fps on certain maps and 200 on other maps, and it seems recently that whenever I try to stream i go from 150-180, to 90-110, any ideas?

Computer Specs:
- Amd (fx) 4300 quad core processor
- NVidia GT 730 1gb of ram
- 8gb of ram
-60hz monitor


Obs settings:
-1600x900- Downscaled to 1280x720
-Fps-30
-2000 bitrate
-Verymain and Normal Priority


- One more thing, it seems it only happens with cs go
 
probably just down to your CPU being relatively weak for streaming, and CS GO being a CPU heavy game. Just try lowering your preset to Superfast
 
For future reference, you shouldn't post threads with all caps in title. It won't get you any extra attention and it's considered rude.
