A typically workflow I'll do is have two OBS instances running at the same time - one recording my webcam with audio, and the other recording my screen with audio. I then merge these together during editing (my editor allows me to sync these via the audio).
Randomly - after recording in OBS, I find that both recordings have recorded my screen. Even though the filesize of the recording that _should_ have recorded my webcam is much larger (the size I'd expect if it was doing as I wanted and recorded my webcam).
It's really frustrating, as I have no idea if it's happening or not until after I finish recording and inspect the recorded videos. So every time I record now - I have no idea if I'm wasting my time or not.
Any ideas what this could be?
