Hi everyone. I've got a problem where many of my alert sounds for Twitch sub, followers or other redemptions don't play correctly. Sometimes they play correctly, but often the sounds start with kind of a garbled/computerized sound and then the remainder of the sound plays normally. Other times the same sounds play totally normally. Every time I've tested on my own, they work just fine, but for some reason during actual normal streams I get the issue. I tested both in OBS not during a live stream and also on a test stream on another account while recording the file at the same time - no issues. This issue happens to me EVERY stream multiple times and I haven't found a solution. When I would stream from my Mac (also OBS Studio), I never had the issue... it only seems to happen in Windows. I've attached an audio clip that shows the issue that happens every time at the start of the alert.
Troubleshooting:
- I've tried to make sure all my Windows sound devices match the OBS Khz setting
- Turn down the website volume (on the website itself) for each sound lower than 100%... usually about 85% (Stream Elements & Triggerfyre)
- Turn down the stream audio level in my Elgato Wave Link software from 100%
- Turn down the audio source level from 100% in the OBS audio sources (although this doesn't pipe into the stream audio channel anyway)
