I know of no changes to our network or OBS or facebook settings, but in the last two weeks we have had trouble not being able to connect to facebook live for our weekly worship service at church. The issue is random. Sometimes it connects fine, sometimes it will not connect even though we go through the exact same steps. There are two issues. First, when I type in the title and description of the service in facebook live, it sometimes does notregister the title, only the description, so it will not allow us to livestream without the title. Other times, I am able to get the title and description to work and then copy the key into obs. I then start the livestream on OBS which shows it is working, but facebook live does not recognize there is a video source and the connect video source button never is green, so I am unable to go live, as that button stays greyed out. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like when obs is running the stream but facebook live does not recognize it. Thanks for any advice. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling obs which did not solve the problem.
