I am having some problems with recording/streaming quality. I only built my pc 6-7 4 days ago so I doubt it's the pc. https://prnt.sc/opcrgq That is an image of when I tried to record a video on Minecraft. The preview was good quality but the program was low quality. I recorded a short clip and it was in low quality as well. This problem started yesterday when I tried to record a different game. I noticed that the quality was low so I tried to fix it which I couldn't. This is a couple pictures of my pc specs. https://prnt.sc/opct8j https://prnt.sc/opctc4 (Monitor is 1920x1080p) Here's some pics of the obs settings. https://prnt.sc/opcue2 https://prnt.sc/opcwta https://prnt.sc/opcwyg If someone could please help me that would be great. I can probably answer most questions if needed.

20:50:40.615: video settings reset:
20:50:40.615: base resolution: 640x360
20:50:40.615: output resolution: 640x360

You've set your base and output resolution in Settings > Video to 360p.

Sorry for my possible stupidity but when I look in the video settings I have it set to 1920x1080p for both base resolution and output resolution

You've also set your CQP rate to 23. If you want better quality, set it to something lower.

15 is generally considered very good. 0 would be lossless.
