Randomly located pixel flickers with GC573 capture card

So sometime before June 10th, I was preparing for a speedrun marathon and I began to notice that my video preview and output having these tiny 2 pixels tall and anywhere from like 4-10ish pixels wide lines randomly appearing for a frame and then disappearing at no specific area of the image. I've determined that it's not the fault of the cables as this effect is consistent across all of my cables. I've determined that AmaRecTV doesn't produce this effect (as I use that for when I'm streaming console games for friends on Discord), and neither does using the card as a camera in Discord. That all tells me that the signal the capture card receives is clean, and that OBS seems to be introducing these flickering pixel artifacts, and no amount of setting adjustments has been able to correct this issue. Below is an example of one of them. If you look at the center, specifically the badge with Majora on it, you'll see a little line on it that is no longer there in the screenshot taken from the frame immediately following it in my test recording. I'm pretty lost on how to actually fix this, and I'm starting to wonder if I even can fix it.
