Hey guys, I seem to have run into a bit of a problem.
Obs randomly starts dropping frames while I'm streaming, it does it for a while and then goes back to being normal.
My settings:
1080p 60fps
Quality balance: 7
Max bitrate/buffer size 5000/5000
Audio codec: AAC Bitrate: 320
Process priority class is set to high
x264 CPU preset: superfast
I'm using monitor capture since that ran way better than game capture.
CPU usage is around 50-80% while streaming, ingame fps is always above 60 and yet it still keeps dropping a ton of frames every now and then.
My upload speed (It's the lower one):

i7 3770K at 4.1GHz while turbo boosting
GTX 670 2GB
8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz RAM
Asus P8Z77-V
Windows 8 Pro
