Randomly dropping around 100-150 frames due to encoding overload, can't identify source.

I was streaming last night as well as the past couple nights and I had an issue come up again that I had thought I originally fixed. Currently my encoder will randomly overload and drop 100-150 frames. I end up with about 0.3% dropped frames which isn't awful but it's frustrating to see everything just freeze then start up again.

I attached the log from last night's stream so hopefully it helps.

Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed (scene 'Gamer Scene'), and can sometimes interfere with each other. You can use the same Game Capture for all your games! If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.

Also uncheck the box for Psycho Visual Tuning.

I tried those things but I still seem to have the problem. I've attached the log from yesterday's stream to see if maybe something else has shown up. As for multiple game captures I only have 2 since I capture some other programs besides the game.

Uncheck Settings->Output->Streaming->Rescale output. You're already rescaling to the same resolution in Settings->Video. Rescaling with the encoder settings is wasting performance. However, your machine is very powerful, so this might not be the issue due to the rather low resolutions you use. Make sure you're limiting the frame rate to 60 in your game/enable vsync.

I am still having this issue, Here is a log from my stream yesterday. So far I have removed any unused plugins, double checked sources to make sure they arn't using filters that are sucking up performance. I seriously can't figure out what's going on. The only other thing I did was I went and reset some of my settings for my GPU so mayble that'll work tonight.
