Hello Guys, i just started streaming with OBS on Twitch 1 Month ago and experienced "strange Stuff" nearly from the beginning. First of all, thought i would be because of my upload, but with 9K of upload, this is not the reason anymore (need something around 2,5 atm with my settings).

Sometimes the Stream is working for hours (longest so far sthg around 4 hours) and then from one to another moment it just stops streaming every 5 minutes and i am going to be annoyed, allways tab out and reactivate. can somebody help me?

Some datas about pc:

Windows 7, home Prem, 64 bit
AMD Phenom x6 ,3.2 Ghz
8 GB ram
Nvidia geforce gtx 460

and of course i am running the 64 bit version of obs.

If anything missing in description, tell me. apreciate all Help i can get.

P.S. streaming Lol and CS Go

well, but this not explain why it just shut down from time to time. if my cpu would be to bad, i would expect it shuts down each time that fast :/

all I can tell you is what I see in your log. if your connection drops I'll need to see a log where it happened. if it goes to 0kbps dont stop on its own, let it try and reconnect. I need to see what is going on in the log.

sometimes this is a 3rd party firewall or a anti malware tool giving false positives.

Last but not least, I almost forgot to mention NOT to disable aero. in the video tab, uncheck disable aero and use a windows aero enabled theme
