Video preview in Facebook Live Producer not displaying. From OBS side all looks happy stream key connects and facebook event log shows stream connected 1 minute ago. Sometimes takes multiple attempts before preview video appears so we can proceed to go live. Event log in facebook shows stream key connected.

Verified good connectivity 100M down & 100M up. Not an issue with the ethernet connectivity to internet. No recent changes when issue started been working fine for over 1 year. We using scheduled events and manually go live from the event. As test try going live and not using a schedule event no change same issue.

Browser refresh (Chrome on Win10) works for us the few times it has happened to us
FB has been screwing with (and up) /live/producer web page code for months now (and possibly stuff on the back-end as well)

Standard best practice
- connect using InCognito/InPrivate Mode when practical [takes a few seconds extra to login, saves lots of hassles]
- check/clear Browser cookies/cache as appropriate [I almost never am NOT in InCognito/InPrivate mode] .. I often clear all, but then again, I know what I'm looking at, and the implications of doing so... ymmv
