Random stutters after recording

Hi, i am pretty new to this program. I have Ryzen 5 5600X, 16gb ram, AMD RX6600 8GB Windows 10. Initially i tried recording with AMD Adrenaline but at random sections of a recording it stutters/frame drops for a couple of seconds or so and then the fps goes back to normal so i tried OBS and i gave this same issue albeit more stable in my opinion.
