Question / Help Random screen freezes while streaming

I recently started streaming, as my upload speed suddenly got to 3.5+ mb/s. I can stream without too much latency (33 ms).
However, at random moments, the video on my stream freezes. The audio goes on, so that's fine. But the video freezes. And after 10-ish seconds, it continues. How can I fix this?

This is the link to my latest log file, as it was too big to post the file itself in here: https://gist.github.com/6e427420208e3f3ebaf0

Thanks alot in advance.

You see that right column? thats the quality tab. to stream successfully, a good value starts at about 70-80. the more then better.

your quality is around 24-50.

I would check your chipset and network card drivers from your motherboard's website and use those. It might or might not help. also, do you not connect at the full 1000mbps to your router? might check cable

So euhm, I have no idea how to look for all that, but my brother probably knows more about this... I'll see if he can check that. Also, for now, it's maybe better for me to change from Amsterdam to Prague, right?

Also, do you know what the minimum requirements for my chipset and network card are?
I dont think there are minimum requirements. not having a 1000mbps is alright, but sometimes it points to improper drivers and/or bad cable, because your NIC, should be able to achieve 1gbps to the router.
