So about a month ago I was hacked and forced to wipe all my drives and ever since then i've had trouble streaming do to high amounts of render lag that I never had before with all the same hardware. I thought do to it being my GPU that suddenly couldn't keep up I would just replace it and it would fix my problem. Unfortunately I spent $1400 buying a RTX 2080 TI just to have the same problems. I have messed with all my settings, updated all my drivers, switched to Streamlabs OBS, and even went to previous OBS versions and still getting render lag.
