Random record stopping issue

Hello, I know this has been long running issue with various solutions already available. But I have tried many and succeeded with none.
The issue is: After pressing "Stop recording" button, it just changes text to "Stopping recording.." and seems to be stuck forever.

Since I have a decent powered machine, and I lowered all kinds of encoder settings to the lowest possible, I do not think this problem is tied to the capabilities of my hardware. And I have even stronger argument: When using Streamlabs OBS, I do not get myself into this issue ever - using the same encoder settings.. I just like OBS Studio more and refuse to use the Streamlabs fork..

Is there anything I can try or change to be able to record decent looking videos with OBS? Or is this really a hardware issue?

I have same problem but its not random, its almost systematic.
Then longer i wait to start recording, the most likely it will fail to start.
If i start/stop/start/stop all the time, it works great but waiting a minute or two before start, making it give out error and by the time i realized its not recording, i already looked away.
