Disable use custom buffer size.

High motion games will end up pixelating a lot more often than low motion ones.

Your log said you use a different buffer in kbit/s that should be the same. Set your cfr on and try again

I have tried to disable the custom buffer size and it still does that.

The one at the bottom that's at 07:07:38 is the most recent one

Your overlay at the bottom of video is ok, your video capture "Elgato" may have a problem? Elgato USB is only a limited speed 2.0 so video higher then 720x480 30fps is compressed. This looks like not enough USB bandwidth or elgato drivers can't decode it fast enough?

The problem is not the OBS encoder settings, it is probably the capture device (elgato) or the video capture setting. Try going into OBS video capture settings and set resolution to 1280x720 (720p).

I have the Elgato HD60 Pro which a PCI Capture Card .I think the issue is that I have my Capture card set at 1920x1080 but I have my base resolution set to 1280x720 to prevent having to downscale. I am gonna change my resolution and see if that was the issue.

So your video input from your xbox is just 1280x720p60fps and the capture card was set to 1080p60fps. ? That could bring problems. You cant set your xbox resolution to 1920x1080p60fps? Best settings probably are still 1920x1080p60fps xbox output and capture card same resolution and fps. In obs downscaled to 720p60fps

Here are screen shots of my current video settings. Also a screenshot of my speedtest. I also tried setting my base reolustion to 1920x1080. Didn't work so I uninstalled the drivers, removed my card from my PC. Reinstalled everything and put the card back in.

Just tried that and it seems to be better. I just don't understand, I have never had an issue with this until just the other day after I had to reinstall Windows on my computer.

The elgato devices are picky about settings, coupled with the fact that both external elgatos are usb 2.0 we don't recommend them.
