hi ^_^ so i am a streamer who primarily plays shooter games or fiveM (gta roleplay) for some reason this issue came about a month ago I've tried avoiding it in hopes it'd go away as it randomly just came along. thinking it was an internet issue. i got a new modem and everything. but still the issue persist. the issue is....when i am streaming for whatever reason my stream just disconnect. sometimes i can see it happening...for example. the green square on OBS that is to show that you are live starts slowly turning red. AS in its neon green then orangish then neon yellow and then just fully red. I've tried lowering my bitrate but more and more it just seems like it isn't an issue with my internet because I'm still in game. and i can still open browsers to anything i like.

here's a photo (attached files)

i run OBS 27.2.4 my 64 bit my drivers are fully updated my obs is fully updated. i am at my breaking point cause I'm on my stretch to get partner but i cant even stream for 2 hrs without it crashing 3 times. please help...

Use monitor network like winmtr to check connection to server.
Internet is multinetworks, some providers can be some malfunction.
Network failure can be in your provider, in next provider or between ‘last mile’.
In this scenario some site open and working correctly, some got malfunction.

Thank you for the response can you give me like a breakdown a bit more on what I should be doing to fix it or whatever. I didn't understand it. If you can keep it short and dumbed down that would help a lot. I am not as tech savvy as I should be...

Looks like your ISP service is broken.
If you are streaming to Twitch you can use this handy tool to test the quality of your internet service against twitch service:

If you're using streamlabs app to stream you should contact them for support. If you're using OBS Studio please restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording of no less than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do. Now look in Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

Install winmtr
WinMTR - this program check conditions of network connection.
After run program you can see where is the problems (on which routers), call to provider after check and ask him about problems.
