Random OBS Crashes caused by GPU Encoding for recording

Hello,

I am new to the boards and I want to first thank you for the huge collection of information here. I ve been using OBS Studio and was very pleased with it for now over a year. Lately random crashes are occurring that are caused by the GPU encoding with the following error in the crash logs:
Failed to recreate D3D11: Failed to create buffer (80070057)
I have a stock 3090 not overclocked.

At the end of the logfile I also see this:
Number of memory leaks: 15

I would be very grateful for any help since I have no idea where this instability is coming from.

Thank you

Your GPU is crashing, either due to overclocking or overheating etc. Remember some GPUs come factory-overclocked.

Thanks R1CH but like stated the GPU Speeds are stock and there is no overheating. Going through countless hours of benchmarks and gaming never once a game or another application ever crashed. It is only OBS giving that error.
