Question / Help Random lags

Everytime i record with stream recorder , x264 , Nvidia nvenc H264 , Nvidia nvenc H264(new) i get random what seems like frame drops from my locked 60 fps looks like dropping to 30 or so no matter what software i use if its OBS based i get a problem if i use mirillis action its perfect

Cpu Ryzen 2600X @ 3.6
16 gig HyperXfury @ 2666
MSI rtx 2060 super ventus 8 gb
Windows 10 ver 1909 OS build ( 18363.476 )

Looks like you are using Display Capture source instead of Game Capture. It is not as efficient at capturing frames from full-screen applications as Game Capture. Try Game Capture or at least Window capture source. Reply if that helped.

Weird, it probably can be a hard drive related issue. You said recording with mirillis action is perfect. Does it save the video in the same folder as OBS? If not try changing the output directory. Also try using MP4 instead of MKV format. If that does not help you then we'll have to wait for someone more experienced than me

videos are saved in same folder ive used mp4 also mkv ive tried savingh on ssd also regular empty hard drive definetly software related i think i have tried all version of OBS elements streamlabs studio other ive tried are player.me and xstream only program that works perfect is mirillis action
