Hello everyone.
A few months ago i started to have some problems regards the KBPS of my stream randomly reaching 0 and causing frame drops and stream delay. It fluctuates ramdomly during the stream, my internet connection works perfectly fine for games (low ping) and downloads.
I tried most of the solutions in this forum (the Twitch bandwith test, lower the bitrate manually and activating the "Dinamically change bitrate" option. Also tried installing and uninstalling OBS (throug the official page and throug Steam).
I never had this problem before in like 3 years, and it started on january of this year.
I used to Speedrun but this problem makes imposible to save VODs that im not locally recording.
I'm from Argentina if the information is relevant and i have 100MB of internet connection using ethernet. Same provider and router than before the problem started.
If anyone knows a solution, im gonna be very thankful.
