Question / Help Random Freezes (No Dropped Frames)

I've just installed Windows 10 and got myself a new capture card so all my settings are fresh, from what I can see my settings are the same as before but I'm getting random lag/loading every 15 seconds.

Can anyone see where the issue might be? (Logs are attached).

I didn't actually notice that in the log myself, but I don't have 2GB. I have 16GB.. so I'm not sure what's going on there.

[Edit] The 32Bit version says I only have 2GB RAM
The 64Bit version says

10:10:50.273: Physical Memory: 16314MB Total, 12012MB Free

Must be an issue with the 32Bit version.

Also, 1080p60 streaming on Twitch is a bad idea due to the high load it puts on computers that are decoding it, and the high bit rate that is required for such quality to look good.

You can record in 1080p60 though for Youtube :)
