Random Freezes in OBS

Hello Guys,
after some weeks of trying and crying....i landet here.

I dont know why, but my OBS does since some weeks strange behavior.
Some days i can Stream without any freezes or crashes. Somedays my OBS instantly freezes 10 sec aftter i start streaming.
Than i have to froce to close and start again, and i need to repeat this several times until it works...

im Back in v 28. because in new version it was more badly, freezes more often and more randomly

The OBS analyzer spit nothing out.

The problem may be caused by decoding your .webm files

To diagnose it, install a portable version that has its settings isolated from the installation version. Check it out without using any scenes, just a game capture. If there are no problems, then look for the culprit in your sources and scenes.

in my information i dont have .webm files ? that I included ?

my next stream is next week because this weekend im not at home.

Sooooo im testing actaully a lot.....
with the protable it seems to working.

Sadly on the protable im not able to import my scenes ?

so first i thought may its the switch / ps5 capture Card, its calle dMiraBox, it was a "cheap" one at amazon for 50€
but befre this i had a cheaper one about 20€ i just needed a "better" one because the ps5

well. so i deleted the scene with the caputer card, startet Hearthstone, clicked randomly, freezes... started again. klicked randomly, alt f4 and freeze.

i did a complete reinstall, deleted all files, all plugins etc.
Got the newest version.

i dont have any spezial in my sources, jpeg for boareds and text files followernames etc.

my webcam
my mic

When i run obs in "standby" i have it open, dont play, watch streams etc. it works.

It starts to not working after i want to play, OR i am ENDING a game to switch to antoher game

totally wired... in Win 20 i didnt had the problems... same setup
