Question / Help Random Frame drop and Lag when streaming

Tried streaming some Dota 2 with Stutters, Frame drops and Sound stuttering.
Yet the Uploaded video on Twitch shows no sign of anything.

Was wondering if there was something wrong with my Bitrate or the settings. So would appreciate any answers or helpfull infomation ^^

if uploaded video has no trace of problems then it's (most probably) the common twitch throttling problem many smaller streams are experiencing and nothing you can really do about it.

If you get dropped frames the recommended thing to do is first try different servers until you find the best server, and if that fails, lower your bitrate until frame dropping stops.

Can the Framerate setting also cause frame drops or otherwise choppy streaming!?

Framerate doesn't cause frame drops. Lack of sufficient bandwidth or unstable connection causes framedrops

Okay because whenever i set Framerate to 60 the stream starts to get choppy
