Question / Help Random FPS drops while streaming.

Hello, While I'm streaming I'm getting severe FPS drops every minute or so and they last for about 10-20 seconds. This also results in the stream freezing for the duration of the fps drop. I've tried different bitrates and FPS. I've also kept an eye on the CPU Temps and they don't usually get any higher than 75 degrees.

Enable vsync or the frame rate limiter in Overwatch. 75C also sounds very high for that CPU.
