Question / Help Random FPS drops while streaming CS:GO w/ i5 4690k @ 4.2GHz & GTX 970

Hello as I wrote in the title I'm having FPS drops while streaming CS:GO. I tried to stream using "NVENC H.264" and "x264" bilinear / bicubic but the result was always the same. Could you please help me with settings?
