Question / Help Random FPS Drops/ Audio Becomes Choppy/Pixely

When I'm live streaming I'm getting random moments where my fps drop drastically and my audio becomes very choppy and Pixely (Receiving and out going according to my friends in our voip) Just wondering what could be causing this, because this just started recently and never had this problem before.

Also according to OBS I'm not dropping any frames.
