Question / Help Random FPS Drop In OBS While Streaming (TwitchTV)

I've been streaming often as of late and today I started having some FPS problems out of nowhere. My video settings have not changed https://gyazo.com/9ba549610cb5bccf76fc7dfcca106e7c and I've not changed anything other than adding in a couple new "Scenes".

If anyone can help that would be great. Here is a complete log of today's short stream.

So, you have changed settings.

Is there any recommendations on what I should do, or should I give it another shot since i change my CPU and bitrate. Was curious if there was any part of that file that shows why my FPS started to drop.

From Superfast to Veryfast with x264:
You are using more CPU to encode video.
This is what, I think, causes FPS drops in your game.

Change back Veryfast to SUPERFAST

Here is my latest file update. I'm still having this stupid FPS drop and...my webcam likes to crop down to 680x480 for some dumb reason when it should be 1280x720. I've never had any issue like this in the past. As soon as I click into the game the FPS go from 60 down into the mid 20's and 30's https://gyazo.com/4b254a7457e11a95ec4dd62bed50dfee

Limit fps in the game and disable multi-adapter compatibility in game capture.
