Random encoder overload. Not sure how to read this log file

Hello!

I've been having an issue for a while that I can't quite figure out. My PC is pretty powerful, 2080 ti and Ryzen 9 3900x so streaming isn't really an issue.

However for a while I've been having random moments when the encoder overloads. I have tried to recreate the issue but I can't. I was hoping that maybe someone can help me identify the issue in this log file if possible. Thank you!

Set the refresh rate on your monitors to 120 Hz and cap your games at 120 FPS. If still having issues, create a new scene collection with 1 scene and 1 source of your main content. Restart OBS so it loads to that new scene collection.
