Question / Help Random Dropped Frames

So I havent had any issues regarding dropped frames until about a month ago. It's always random spike of dropped frames in the middle of my stream. My internet speed hasn't changed. I've checked out the pinned thread about dropped frames and I wanted to get an opinion on my log files. It seems to me that internet connection is the issue but Im not sure.

Looks to me like your ISP screwed you over, or someone/something on your network saturated your internet connection. Hell, maybe Windows 10 decided it was a good time to download an update. But yeah, unstable connection messages means that it wasn't able to send to Twitch properly.

Use this utility for your region then post a screen shot of the results. make sure nothing else is running when you do.

It randomly happens couple hours after I start my stream. Restarting the stream fixes it but it is kind of annoying to me and my viewers.
It could be someone uploading a youtube video. I cant say. it could be ISP. I would run the long test for your region and see where that goes. if its random, it will be impossible to track down. either way, your issues is somewhere between you your ISP and twitch.
