Random Dropped Frames

I notice that I will have days go by with 0% dropped frames and then have days when I will get dropped frames ranging from 0.3% - jumping to 2 or 3 percent and slowly drop until it spikes again. I have ethernet connection one of the best netgear routers and modem on the market combined but can't understand why some days I get such bad dropped frames even to the point where the router will completely power off.

If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated thank you

Also PC specs are 168gb of ram, i9 and a 4080

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via this screen or these instructions.
2. Browser hardware acceleration is currently disabled. Enabling acceleration is highly recommended due to the improvements to performance and significantly lower CPU usage for browser sources. This can be enabled in Settings -> Advanced.
3. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (Scene).
4. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other (Scene). You can use the same Game Capture for all your games! If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.
5. Your log doesn't contain a streaming session with dropped frames. However, they can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. They are not caused by OBS. Follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues.
The quick fix is to stream with Dynamic Bitrate enabled (Settings, Advanced, Network).

Update to OBS 30.1.2
Disable HAGS
Display capture must be on it's own separated scene, never within game or window capture.
Only set one game capture to capture games. If you whatever reason you need to set several ones, use as well several scenes por each one.

For the hardware side:
16:45:15.575: WriteN, RTMP send error 10060 (4097 bytes)
16:45:15.575: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (66 bytes)
16:45:15.575: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (42 bytes)
You have a network issue, most probably the driver of the network adapter. Look for updates on the motherboard vendor site for your specific motherboard. The same for the BIOS and other controllers.
If you by any chance used a network enhancer program, please undo the changes.

Unless you know what you're doing so not use advanced output mode, keep it on simple output.
Undo the changes you did in here and then change back to simple. Now you can run the Auto-configuration Wizard selecting streaming as main purpose and GPU for encoder. Apply the settings it gives. Do NOT change a thing.
Restart OBS
Now test as is. If all goes well, you're done.

Thank you sir had alot of drivers that needed updating. Gonna wait to do the BIOS update until I can get my hands on a USB handled everything else.
