Hi all,
To start things off, Yes I do have read the forum post about dropped frames and have followed every step in that threat. However, it does not help.
Note: I have not tried a different streaming service, instead I tried to use XSplit. The problems were less using Xsplit, but still present. The problems are also present when I run OBS as an administrator.

The actual problem:
When I stream, even if it is just a solid color with image overlay or the twitch bandwith test, after about 2 to 5 minutes of streaming OBS starts dropping frames and the bandwith goes to 0kb/s. When this happens, I don't have connection or ping problems in the online game I am playing at that time. It is just the streaming software. The problems are there for every bitrate I choose, even if it is a bitrate of 900kb/s.
Computer specs:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz
Memory: 12GB DDR3 @ 1600MHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (8GB DDR5 Ram, 1582Mhz normal, 1771Mhz boost)
PSU: Be Quiet! POWER ZONE 650W
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97P-D3
Network:
Modem delivers 100mb/s to a wall socket, Socket directly connected to router.
Router: TP-LINK Archer C1200
My desktop is connected via ethernet to this router.

Twitch ingest servers tests
I have tried two ingest server tests, one with a 2 minute duration and one with a 5 minute duration.

5 minutes: https://i.imgur.com/9phaZ6G.png
I have tried all ingest servers that didn't have a quality of 0. The problems appear on every one of these ingest servers.

Note: I didn't stop streaming in OBS at the end, twitch picks up the reconnected stream as a completely new stream.
Does anyone have an idea about what is happening here?
