I have been trying to use OBS for roughly a week now and every day I have the same issue repeating. I have tried everything on https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/dropped-frames-disconnecting-lag-read-this-first.8870/ and it just keeps disconnecting at around 5-10 minutes. My bit-rate is shown as green the whole time then all of a sudden drops down to 0 for 5-10 seconds. After the disconnect I auto-reconnect in 1-5 seconds and it is back to green. Can anyone help me with this issue? My ISP is Verizon FIOS and I constantly get all times throughout the day 55 down and 70 up. I do not know if they Throttle but by their TOS it says they do not.

Edit: When I run Twitch Bandwidth Test for the 5 minute duration, almost all servers come up as Failed.
