Question / Help Random Crashing

Hello,

OBS Studio has been running flawlessly for me for several months and tonight keeps crashing. No idea why, nothing has changed with my setup in awhile. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You're getting a lib x264 crash. Most commonly this occurs on Ryzen-based systems which need a CPU microcode patch, or systems running with an unstable overclock.
As it appears you're on a Ryzen machine, go check if your motherboard has a BIOS update available. You will need to flash it, if so.
