HAGS is enabled & is known to cause crashes.
11:31:51.734: HAGS Status: Enabled (Default: No, Driver status: Supported)

You also have an old bugged RTMP Multi-Out plugin installed & the newest version is a Pre-release for OBS v31.0.1. Check all of your plugins....
11:31:53.991: [obs-multi-rtmp] version: 0.6.0.0 by SoraYuki https://github.com/sorayuki/obs-multi-rtmp/

If it keeps crashing after taking care of the above, run a test using a new Scene Collection with just (1) Scene/Source. Log is loaded with errors, warnings, audio buffering, ect. This will give you a clean slate & eliminate all the mess in the log.

thank you ive disabled hags removed the old multi stream plugin and restarted my pc hopefully this will sort it out if it persists ill do as youve said above about a clean scene selection ect and take it from there thanks for the help so far its much appreciated

Looking at the current set-up, there's a ton of browser sources all using Hardware Accelerated Decoding, along with some Media Sources using it as well. Might be asking too much from your GPU. I would disable it for at least the Media Sources below.

From what I can find, the crash looks like a memory issue. Try the New Scene Collection before trying to troubleshooting the current.
Unhandled exception: 80000003
os_breakpoint+0x2

From the end of the last log, Blocked Loading is something I haven't seen before. Not sure what the deal is but a quick search lead me to Adobe Creative Cloud.

16:00:20.180: Blocked loading of '\coresync_x64.dll' 9 times.
16:00:20.180: Number of memory leaks: 4

Just an FYI, I was helping somebody else yesterday, they have StreamDeck too & started getting WebSocket errors after updating to v31.0.1.

Yep

So do i try downgrading obs or?? im sure the streamdeck plugin is upto date would it be worth me deleting it from program data plugins and reinstalling and what could i do about adobe creative cloud?

I don't have a SD so I can't help with it but he updated OBS while we were troubleshooting & the errors started after. He's using the same SD driver. I looked at his log without the errors & he just stopped this.

15:54:10.343: <StreamDeck> [Server] Listening on '127.0.0.1:28186'.

You can change these up. Game DVR can waste resources & is not needed.
15:54:07.877: Game DVR: On > Off
15:54:07.877: Game Mode: Off > On

One another suggestion is to run this monitor @ 120HZ while using OBS. V-sync will work as intended if you have it enabled & your recordings should shown some quality improvement.

15:54:08.016: pos={-3200, -1080}
15:54:08.016: size={1920, 1080}
15:54:08.016: attached=true
15:54:08.016: refresh=144 > 120

Adobe, I would make sure it doesn't start automatically when you boot up & keep it disabled when using OBS. Hopefully you can leave it installed.

There was a monitor added that wasn't connected in the first log. It's running 10-bit color, should be 8-bit.....

i dont quite get what you mean by he just stopped this in reference too the Streamdeck stuff
i have enabled game mode on my pc and disabled everything i can see within the game bar options in windows i have dropped my top screen that was at 144hz down to 120 and finally i cannot see to chnage the bit depth on the monitor at all tried setting within the actual monitor aswell as windows setting tried a few google suggestions but nothing seems to work its quite a new monitor https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0C2ZQ99BJ?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1&th=1

Look in the AMD Control Panel for the Color Format adjustment. I know they have it in there too but I'm with the other guys so you'll need to look for it.

thank you it was buried in the settings for each display thats now also changed to 8 bit
i was looking through the logs also and i noticed alot of the errors seem to stem from streamelements could this be apart of the issue or? and what could i do about the streamdeck stuff too?

That's why I want you to test a New Scene Collection. Get those SE/Java script errors out of the way.

I want to get you to a point where you're not crashing. I have no interest in troubleshooting your current Collection.

ive been on a new scene collection for a little bit now still trying to fully disable game bar and dvr they seem to not want to disable
