Question / Help Rainmeter w/ OBS?!?

I'm quite the noob, I want to have a visualizer like Monstercat, just I don't know how to put it on, I've used Windowed mode but you cannot actually find Rainmeter, I've read threads saying Aero needs to be on, which I've tried on and off and both do not work. Any plugins that could work? Or general help? Lemme know :3

I will say there is an option to disable aero in OBS but only while OBS is open. uncheck disable aero in video tab to prevent this, second use an aero theme.

Lastly you haven't posted enough info nor do I think this is in direct relation to OBS.
