Question / Help (Radeon HD 5450) Could not get DXGI adapter

I've read quite a few other threads on here having the same issues, but none of the resolutions have worked for me (maybe there is something I missed?) Here is a screenshot indicating some key information about my system setup:



I have updated to the latest driver software from amd/ati (beta drivers), but haven't been able to get the software working with this particular graphics card (AMD Radeon HD 5450). Any help would be appreciated in resolving the issue.

Try removing any overlay / 3rd party hook programs such as overclocking / FPS displays (ASUS / MSI OSD, etc), game recorders (FRAPS and friends), chat overlays (TeamSpeak, Mumble, etc) that could be interfering.
