Question / Help R6 Siege Preview/Stream/Record Lag

I can not explain my frustration OBS studio is giving me with Siege. Here's the rundown:

I can stream all games on my computer fine, no stutter or lag at all (more intensive games like ArmA 3).
When I attempt to even open OBS with Siege, my playback lags a horrendous amount, I have plenty of FPS in-game, upwards of 100 but OBS does a horrible, horrible stutter with it.

  1. Things I've tried to do (by googling 300 different key words to try to find a solution:
  2. Lowered Bitrate (idk why this would apply to preview)
  3. NVidia Control Panel -> Change Multiprocessing and Pre-rendered frames
  4. Turning VSync on or off
  5. Disabling the Compatibility Hook in your Game Capture Properties. (Sometimes doesn't recognize or allow me to preview siege when I do this because BattleEye usually requires this hook)
  6. Recently Tried: Removing all game captures except for one and using that one for games and just changing whatever game I'm playing
  7. Disabling Intel(R) HD Graphics (turned back on bc no difference)
  8. Disabling gaming mode in windows' settings (After Creators Update Win 10)

ArmA 3: Doesn't lag
Black Ops 3: Doesn't lag
Siege: Lags like hell

Two errors I encounter in my logs
  1. Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 877 (55.1%)
  2. error: seek_frame_generic failed as this stream seems to contain no keyframes after the target timestamp, 1002 non keyframes found
I have tried downscaling, I stream at 1280x720 downscale, I just don't understand what could be causing this to happen ONLY siege? Please help.

Things I've changed recently on my computer that could cause this issue?
  1. Creators update for Windows 10
  2. OBS Updated (I was several versions behind)

Code:
03:25:59.188: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 877 (55.1%)

You're overloading your GPU. Cap FPS in the game.

How do I go about that without VSync? Because it still stutters with VSync on. Not for me, but for obs.

Then you need to turn settings down in the game as well. You can use a tool like GPUz to monitor your GPU load before and after OBS is opened. If your GPU is maxed out before OBS is even open, you will have issues.

I believe EVGA Precision helped me achieve some better gpu load with some testing, I don't know why siege uses so much load but it should be good now. Thanks Fenrir.
