I can not explain my frustration OBS studio is giving me with Siege. Here's the rundown:
I can stream all games on my computer fine, no stutter or lag at all (more intensive games like ArmA 3).
When I attempt to even open OBS with Siege, my playback lags a horrendous amount, I have plenty of FPS in-game, upwards of 100 but OBS does a horrible, horrible stutter with it.
ArmA 3: Doesn't lag
Black Ops 3: Doesn't lag
Siege: Lags like hell
Two errors I encounter in my logs
Things I've changed recently on my computer that could cause this issue?

- Things I've tried to do (by googling 300 different key words to try to find a solution:
- Lowered Bitrate (idk why this would apply to preview)
- NVidia Control Panel -> Change Multiprocessing and Pre-rendered frames
- Turning VSync on or off
- Disabling the Compatibility Hook in your Game Capture Properties. (Sometimes doesn't recognize or allow me to preview siege when I do this because BattleEye usually requires this hook)
- Recently Tried: Removing all game captures except for one and using that one for games and just changing whatever game I'm playing
- Disabling Intel(R) HD Graphics (turned back on bc no difference)
- Disabling gaming mode in windows' settings (After Creators Update Win 10)
ArmA 3: Doesn't lag
Black Ops 3: Doesn't lag
Siege: Lags like hell
Two errors I encounter in my logs
- Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 877 (55.1%)
- error: seek_frame_generic failed as this stream seems to contain no keyframes after the target timestamp, 1002 non keyframes found
Things I've changed recently on my computer that could cause this issue?
- Creators update for Windows 10
- OBS Updated (I was several versions behind)
