Question / Help QVS - failed to load.

Can't start steaming with QVS. It works just fine with NVENC or usual x264, but can't do this QVS. I don't know what to do, never tried to stream with this hardware (i7 8700k, 16gb crucial BE 3ghz, gtz 970, asus z370 f-gaming), but everything worked fine for me with my previous setup (i7 4770k and so on). Also i have latest Nvidia, and Intel drivers installed. Don't know what else to try. HELP ME PLEASE:)

Fixed, installed previous driver 23.20.16.4944 - and it's working fine. So guys, if you get a message to install latest drivers, for sure, in most cases it will not help.
