So I have tried the fixes in the above thread except for internet relating for I am recording. I am trying to record Ark and I just can't get my frames above 27fps. I tried lowering graphics on the game, I tried lowering resolution to 720p, I even tried to lower the bitrate to 2000 and no change. My friend has the exact same computer and isnt having this problem with the exact same settings as me. So I'm wondering are there any other ideas?
I apologize for lack of log file but I don't have internet at home.
