Question / Help Quicktime Player Audio NOT working

I have my phone as window capture and that works fine. It's NOT capturing the audio from my phone whatsoever. My intentions are to record gameplay for YouTube videos. Please help I'm getting a little frustrated. Any help will be appreciated, thank you.

OBS can't record system-audio on macOS without additional software (historically Soundflower has been used for this, these days it's iShowU).

And I take it you capture your phone either using Quicktime (easiest) or some Airplay-capturing. In both cases the phone's audio will probably be routed to the system's audio output, for which the above caveat applies.
