Prior to the latest Windows 10 update, I used OBS with the QuickSync encoder to locally record CS:GO without noticeable performance impact on the game.
But now, I get considerably lower FPS than before, making the game barely playable.

Looking into it, I noticed a d3d9 hook conflict, but I'm not running any game overlay other than the Steam one (which didn't affect performance in the past).
