Question / Help Quicksync Issue with streaming

Hello im a streamer on YT pc specs---> i3-4130 3.40 ghz intel hd 4400 grapichs card
I want to stream with quicksync -->

i got it on VCM or VBR i got 41000kbps 4mbps obs should can handle it if im streaming i got the game open (roblox) the chat and music all the same time opend so what i do wrong bc CBR doesnt work for me so well if i put in CBR and bitrate 1500 thats even to high HELP MEE

4 Mbps is not 41000 Kbps, it's 4000 Kbps.

For streaming to the usual services like Twitch you should be using CBR rate control. Streaming services do not support variable bitrates.

If 1500 is too high this would seem to indicate your connection is not capable of streaming.

oooooo sorry i tought it was 41000 so i know the problem now bc i was streaming with VBR (mistake 1) and i got WINDOWS music player opend (mistake 2) and the YOUTUBE LIVE chat (mistake3) and the game it self but now i got only the chat open in google and lowerr music program!
