Question / Help QuickSync grayed out (solved)

I had enable iGPU in my BIOS, and it let me install Virtu Control Panel, but I can't work Enable Quick Sync in OBS
Any ideas why?

Before it was giving my instructions on how to enable QuickSync but now those settings are tips are gone at the bottom of Encoding windows
