Question / Help quick sync problems

Hi everyone

every time i turn on quick sync in the bios then reset, my windows will not load then when i turn it off in bios, my windows load fine. any help please

pc specs

Asus P877-V LX motherboard
AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory: 8Gb
